STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE

  1. Note
    • Escape Gear’s seat cover patterns are made as per standard factory spec; please enquire if the vehicle is fitted with optional extras (i.e. Safety packs/comfort packs/DVD players/etc.)

 

  1. Orders
    • All orders should be e-mailed to orders@escapegear.co.za or faxed to 021 7060446.
    • No verbal orders will be accepted. For all email orders, we will e-mail you a confirmation detailing the lead time on delivery.
    • Please include on all purchase orders:
  • PURCHASE ORDER NUMBER,
  • ITEM CODE, FABRIC TYPE AND COLOUR. (eg Toyota Hilux Double Cab 2008 cotton canvas in grey would be THX12-CC-GR)
  • PRICE as per pricelist.
    • No customised work orders may be returned for credit unless the goods are faulty. Further, upfront payment may be required depending on the nature of the customisation.
    • Please note that non-stock items ordered in error may not be returned.

 

  1. Warranty
    • Escape Gear offers a 5 year warranty on faulty fabric and workmanship.
    • This does not include general wear & tear and incorrect washing procedure.
    • In the event of panels wearing through (maximum 2 panels), clients may return the parts to Escape Gear. We will replace the panels free of charge and return them to the client.

 

  1. Returns – Escape Gear will not accept returns except under the following circumstances.
    • Incorrect Orders
  • Escape Gear error (e.g. Incorrect colour/item supplied)
    • These will be collected and replaced free of charge as soon as possible.
    • All returned items will be checked to ensure the goods are unused/undamaged/unsoiled and that the set is complete – No items will be considered for replacement prior to this inspection at the Escape Gear factory.
  • Dealer error (e.g. Incorrect colour/item ordered)
    • All returned items will be checked to ensure the goods are unused/undamaged/unsoiled and that the set is complete – No items will be considered for replacement prior to this inspection at the Escape Gear factory.
    • All returns are subject to a R250 handling fee per item which includes the original courier cost.
    • The courier cost of returning the items will be for the dealer’s account.
    • All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice.
    • Please note that we might not accept the return of non-stock items ordered in error.
    • No returns will be accepted after 30 days from date of invoice.

All our fabric options are the same price. Visuals/images are for quick guide only, & in all cases written description takes preference over visual. We will supply as per written description, and not visual. Dismiss
